SPECIAL TERMS OF NON-STANDARD BILL OF LADING

Receiver acknowledges that this is a receipt for Possession only and there is No Contract of Carriage.Further, Team Transport, Inc. releases to the Receiver Full CARE, CUSTODY AND CONTROL of its Trailer, Equipment and Cargo. Such Control and Responsibility will remain in effect for up to 24 hours on the following Business Day after Team Transport receives Written Notification of Receiver's Release of its Trailer and Equipment. Receiver is Responsible for Any Loss or Damage to Team Transport, Inc.'s Trailer, Equipment or Cargo while in the CARE CUSTODY and CONTROL of Receiver. Such Agreement is in conjunction with issue of a Uniform Bill of Lading by Motor Carrier subject to the pre-tariff. Acceptance of Team Transport, Inc.'s Trailer, Equipment and Cargo is Acceptance by Receiver of these Special Terms of Non-Standard Bill of Lading.
